Darci Breslin began her career at Venture Insurance Group in 2001 with a mission to expand the agency services throughout the State of Michigan. Starting in 2018 she began expanding to West Michigan and making her hometown East Grand Rapids.

In addition to consulting health insurance clients, Darci works with individuals and families who face complex risk issues related to multiple holdings and significant responsibilities who need asset protection. Many of our clients have multiple homes, significant collections, high-value assets and property, high-profile lifestyles, board-of-director responsibilities, public company leadership roles, or extensive multi-generational family to consider.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, Darci holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.

My father taught me that to truly help others, you must be both able and willing—a principle that has guided my career.

After earning honors at Ohio University, I spent nearly a decade as a nursing home administrator, where I saw how poor financial planning can delay care and strain families. This
inspired my move into insurance in 2006 to help people prepare for the unexpected.

Today, as Vice President of Sales at Venture Insurance Group, I stay current on Medicare and
health insurance changes and train our agents to deliver personalized, reliable coverage.

With a focus on results, collaboration, and customer success, Jennifer brings a data-driven
approach to scaling sales operations and building lasting partnerships. Her leadership style
combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, enabling organizations to thrive in

After 26 years as a teacher assistant, I transitioned into the insurance industry to continue helping people in a new way. As a Health & Life Specialist at Venture Insurance Group, I’m passionate about guiding individuals and families in protecting what matters most. Sylvia joined Venture Insurance Group in 2017 with a background in client service dating back to 2010. As the first point of contact for our clients, she ensures a warm welcome and efficient support with policy servicing. Her dedication and professionalism make her a valued member of our team.
